My PC Place

I think what they did was okay. They charged me a hell of a lot for what they did which I felt was not a lot. If I had more time I would have had my sons dismantling the computer and doing it for me. They are all computer savvy but unfortunately I don't have that luxury as they don't stay here. These guys took my computer and checked it for several days and it was not too good when I got it back. I lost a few keys on the keyboard. If they couldn't fix it, I don't see a reason why they should charge me $750. I could have gone and bought myself a new computer. It did get fixed, he changed the hard drive but I think he charged me a little more for a hard drive replacement. My youngest son built his own computer so I kind of have an idea of how much it would cost. I know it was no where near the price. When my son came to visit me he told me that these people took me on a ride and I shouldn't have paid so much. There were a few keys which were still not working here and there and it was mainly the keys that I use the most. It was a kind of aggravation. He was a nice guy but he was way over priced. He must have known that I was desperate and he took advantage of the situation.
