Based on the other two reviews for a company with the same name, I think this may be a different "Master Tile and Grout Cleaning".  So to be sure, the phone number of the company I used was 281-728-5314 and the owner's name is "Doug".

I could not be happier!  :-)  Doug had taken a lot of time with me on the phone to give me a good estimate of the cost and to explain the procedure and the different options he offered.   By the time I hung up I had a lot of faith in Doug.  He told me that he went on all jobs, and would bring one helper.  Sure enough Doug and a very polite and skilled assistant Juan arrived right on time. After he walked the tile areas with me I decided to have him do a two-step cleaning process and then seal the grout.  Although it obviously was a little more expensive to have him do the two-step cleaning I decided that as long as he was here I would get the best job possible, then have him do the third step to seal it. It looked considerably better  even after the first cleaning.  Everyone who has come into my home since he completed the job has commented on how great the tile floors look!

I recommend this company with no reservations and will call them again the next time I want to have my tile floors cleaned.  Doug is an expert at what he does, and is dedicated to doing a good job. 

He arrived as promised. My tile was not in need of cleaning but my grout had stains that I wanted removed. He did my entire kitchen, breakfast room and laundry per the amount agreed at the time of purchase. When finished the work looked fine, but of course, when the grout is wet it is not easy to see if any stains remain. There were several places that had small stains and I used a product called and quot;Stonetech Cleanstoneand quot; to removed the remaining stains. They asked me to fill out the evaluation form before they left, which I did. I should have waited because at that time every thing looked perfect.

A very nice young man came out to give us an estimate. He was very professional and told us just what the tile guys would be doing, and asked what type and color tile we wanted.
Several days later, on November 17, two Hispanic men, one quite young and the other older, came out pretty late in the day and started the job. It got quite late, so they left and came back the next day.
I can't tell you what a joy they were to have in our home. I picked out the tile and they brought it in from their truck. They immediately went to work replacing the carpet with tile. They also took the toilet up (it was in a little room), replaced the ring, and reset the toilet. They then went about the business of setting the tile. I've always hated having carpeting in the bathroom, and Angie made that go away.
I speak a little Spanish, so we got on quite well. These two guys were adorable, and I would have them again in the blink of an eye.

Brenda is a rarity in the service industry. She is hard-working, dependable, honest and a pleasure to have in my home. She arrived promptly (actually ten minutes early). She worked efficiently and cleaned up after she was done.
