Called Luis early in the day and he had someone at my house within hours. I thought I may be looking at thousands to replace tub and tile, but Lance who did the estimate as well as the repairs figured out an ingenious solution and performed a repair instead. Very, very pleased with overall experience.

Came out twice. First time did not fix issue. Second time fixed but charged.

It went very well. They scheduled the appointment around my time and arrived on time. The problem I had was that there was only a trickle of water coming from my kitchen sink faucet. The problem was with the faucet. They installed the kitchen faucet I had purchased and installed new shut off valves. They also re-caulked around the sink at no charge. I highly recommend this company and I will use them in the future.

Had a water line leak at the water meter. Called Luis Your Plumber and left a message. He called back within 10 minutes, and a crew was at my house swiftly. As in 30 minutes from the original contact. The crew had to cut some tree roots to be able t make the repairs, b completed the job in about 1 1/2 hours. Overall, I was very pleased with this company's performance.

Lance and his assistant were very professional throughout the repair process. He called when he was on his way and they showed up almost exactly at the estimated time of when I called to make the appointment. They wore shoe covers which I appreciated. He made his assessment fairly quickly and gave us options with estimated costs. I appreciated this approach because it kept us informed. He had to leave to go purchase the parts and he called from Lowes when they didn't have the metal option of what we needed. They came back and fixed all three sinks. They did leave one part not hooked up that we have to call about tomorrow, but I'm not worried about it since they did such a good job today. We will definitely use them in the future.

Luis and his team was very easy to work with. There was communication every step of the way. While their price wasn't the lowest, it was quite reasonable, and they were very easy to work with. Techs were reliable, on-point with their quote, did what needed to be done. I've been conned by contractors, esp plumbers a few times before, so try my best to screen contractors pretty well. Great job, excellent communication, they have been saved on my phone for future needs.

We would use them again.

Your Plumber did a great job on repairing a gas leak that was behind the stove and in the wall.  Came out and assess the leak and gave a reasonable price to repair.  Did the repair in a timely manner.  Would use them again and would not hesitate to refer friends and family to them.

We had a water leak almost two months ago that the first plumber incorrectly identified.  The leak was dripping into the master bedroom closet which was visible with pooling water on the ceiling.  This particular contractor was sent out by our home warranty company.  After supposedly being addressed by the first plumbing contractor  we had mold all through the closet after a week.  At this point the warranty place would not send anyone out because of the mold even though it was the original contractor they sent out that was at fault.  
After spending a lot of money to have the mold re-mediated which included gutting the entire closet and tearing out all the sheet rock we noticed the leak again after two weeks. Once again I called the home warranty place and they sent out a contractor.  Just so happened it was the same contractor that originally came out and misdiagnosed the original leak that cost me all that money.  After they checked the leak it was determined by them that a significant amount of the PVC pipe needed to be replaced and reconfigured to the tub upstairs where the leak was coming from and that because its a reconfigure the home warranty wouldn't pay for it.  The contractor then proceeded to provide me a estimate to do that work.  At this point I am pretty frustrated and thought the estimate seemed high and this guy was trying to rip me off.  
I decided to get on Angie's list and get a few contractors out to give me a few opinions.  I called three contractor but none of them could come for a few days.  My last call was to "Your Plumber".  The voice mail answered my call so I left a message.  Within an hour they called me back and told me they had a crew freed up and could come over right now!  They showed up in about 45 minutes and diagnosed the issue and made their recommendation.  It was less work that the other contractor tried to sell me and almost 68% less in cost!!!  I accepted the offer and asked them when they could do the work.  Low and behold they responded with right now!  I couldn't believe my ears.  After 2 months of dealing with this issue the end was in sight.  They ran to the store to get the parts and in a few hours were done.  They added new pipe and did some reconfigure to make the connection to the tub more flush.  They demonstrated to me the leak was gone after filling the tub and draining.
Please don't hesitate to hire Your Plumber for services.  They are top hands and will treat you right from start to finish.  Honest and hard working.  You cannot go wrong with these guys.

Someone called me within 5 minutes. They sent someone to my house within the hour and my problem was fixed quickly and inexpensively! Eric was very professional and pleasant too work with. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely usr them again!

They first removed an abysmal re-pipe done by another plumber, also found on Angie's List, which was, according to the City Inspector and the PEX distributor, one of the worst plumbing jobs they had ever seen. The previous plumber's work appeared, from the portion visible, to be inadequate. I had the wall board removed to better see what had been done, and was shocked at the shoddy, inadequate, and terrible workmanship. So I called Your Plumber and Luis removed everything the previous plumber had done and installed the system correctly. They also installed properly sized gas lines for a new tankless water heater. The water heater had also been installed incorrectly by the previous plumber, so they re-installed it correctly. The lay out of the pipes done by the previous plumber had left us with an inadequate and erratic supply of hot water.
Luis basically conducted a clinic on how a plumbing re-pipe should be done. The workmanship was excellent. Luis at Your Plumber is an outstanding plumber, and I highly recommend him for any plumbing job you have.

I called them first over the holiday weekend to help with a clogged sink.  They came out the same day and fixed the problem  At that time, I asked for an estimate for several jobs that needed to be done.  They gave a much better price than a previous estimate I had.  When they came to install the new sink, we ran into a problem with the new sink being larger than the old one.  I wasn't able to get a guy to come out until the next day to make a larger hole.  They worked with the carpenters schedule and came back to be here at the same time as him.  The carpenter and the plumbers worked together to get the hole for the sink just right.  Everything looks great.

The staff was professional and punctual. They delivered what was promised when promised. I was very pleased to see how they tried to minimize the cut outs required to remove the piping and install new pipes. Care was taken by all on the job to minimize mess and they cleaned up as they finished working in areas then did another review of the whole house before they left.

Luis, the owner, came by to inspect the work when the job was complete. While there he saw I purchased a new garbage disposal and he asked if I'd like him to install it.

I had 4 different quotes to do the job.. I made the right choice choosing them and will use them for any future plumbing requirements.

I highly recommend Your Plumber and am comfortable knowing they take pride in their work and level of service.  All of the plumbers were professional and skilled.  The price was fair and the level of service was high.  They were able to come out sooner than I expected for a non-emergency job.
