I had a check engine light come on and check transmission light and basically I was told that they don't have a specific answer but they recommend changing all my fluids and they also recommended that my main fan belt be changed. That totaled $1,650. They said if I got that done I would be covered for any potential damage to my engine and transmission based on their program. I went for it and signed up for it and within two weeks continued having problems with my transmission. When I came back they said they needed to replace my transmission and they sent paperwork to whoever  the company that is the third party involved with covering it and basically they falsified my mileage to get me into this program. My car had 77,000 miles and you had to have 75,000 or under and they falsified my mileage to get me in this program. Turns out when we checked with whoever I purchased the car from and they saw the mileage it was at 77,000 when I purchased it so you obviously know it's not correct and the third party declined coverage. It looked bad because they were the ones who signed it up and they came back and said we'll give you some kind of a discount because we made the mistake. They don't want to admit the falsification, but they basically falsified the records.

This company does a great job of laying out the work that needs to be done and prioritizing what is a safety issue, and what is maintenance that can be delayed if necessary for financial reasons. I drive a Toyota Highlander, and their prices beat my dealership prices by 30-50%. They also provided rides for their customers and even paid for a rent car for me for the day when the repair was delayed. They're my mechanic.

My daughter took her car to Louetta Automotive on Telge today. Needed
an oil change and naively asked for new tires. When they called with the
estimate it was over $1500, they wanted about $700 for tires and another
$800 in fluid changes, transmission, brake, coolant, power steering, and other charges.
Beware.. They will try and scare you will all sorts of issues. The
vehicle is a 2009 Honda and just recently had the transmission fluid
flushed. I will never use them again. Fortunately we were abel to stop
the work with an overpriced oil change. I had not used Louetta in years after a $1000 repair at the huffmeister location, on one
vehicle and them telling me I need $1500 worth of work on another.
