I sent two messages to the provider thru Angieslist asking for an estimate in early April with no response.  I then requested an estimate using their website but still no response.

The overall job went well. The repairs and painting were completed. After a year went by the paint began to peel off and fade. I contacted Jason numerous times and initially thought he was going to correct the problem but didn't hear back from him. After several text messages he pretended to not know who I was and I finally gave up trying to make contact with him.
