The good news is he showed up on time. However, he did not have the proper tools and had to borrow some of mine. His time was spent very inefficiently because appeared not to have the experience to work on Roman tubs. His hands were always shaking and he tired very easily. He charged me $189 for a part (tub drain) that I could have purchased for $59. I told him and he said, "That is what I charge." I will never use him again and others should do the same.

Great no problems, I had the part so all I needed was the cartridge replaced on the mail water control.

Work was done quickly and accurately. Materials supplied were of very good quality.

I used this plumbing company for the first time and they did a good job.

Johnny said he would be there the next day and arrived on time. The siink with the slow drain had drain holes were too small to drain water. Basically a manufacturer defect. He fixed it by drilling larger holes in the sink drain. And it looks good. The first faucet, the cold water supply valve was frozen in an almost closed position. Johnny took a wrench and opened that up.  I was convinced the second faucet's cartridge inside had turned because I just cleaned the screen. Johnny took the screen off and it had more debris blocking the screen. Just as my wife had predicted. He cleaned it and it worked fine. A dishonest plumber would have made expensive "repairs" to fix the problems. And boy have I had my share of bad plumbers complete with water leaks and expensive floor replacements. Johnny has worked on my plumbing for about 8 years now and he always does the job right the first time. I won't trust my house and flooring to any other plumber.

We have used this company twice. The first time was right after the hurricane, and we had damage to the main pipe that was gushing water. He got there as fast as he could. He did give me a price over the phone and he stuck to that. He is very polite and is just very nice to deal with. He does not charge a trip charge. He charged $250 to repair the pipe that was broken after the hurricane. The fact that he was able to come that promptly on that particular occasion was amazing. No one else would even answer their phone.

Came to our house within 40 minutes of my call. Completed the clean out very quick and recommended I call the MUD to have them check the main line.
