This guy is so shady! He's threatening to hinder our house closing all because of a misunderstanding. Who the **** charges $125 for estimated cost WITHOUT VISITING THE SITE?! All you saw was pictures and for that you get reimbursed for $125. Crook like service. Watch out for this guy. Multiple emails and now text threatening. I will also like to report as well. EDIT: he said he's not threaten us but here are screenshot from text and email that he will be involved with title company and affect closing. WHAT A CROOK AND LIAR over $125 no less of looking at pictures for 10 mins or less
