After making my decision, he told me he would send guys that week to do the work, before leaving on vacation. He also promised he would check over their work and stop by. I was a little disappointed that he didn't show up. The process was completed over three days. I chose three colors for my tiles. A base color (Alamo moss) a brown (Iced chocolate), and a darker version of Iced Chocolate. However, after the patio was sealed, I thought three tiles needed to be changed to the darker Iced Chocolate I selected. I called the company and spoke to Robert. He told me I could go darker, but not lighter. However, he did not mention that the color would be not the same looking if they applied the stain after it was sealed. They would not exactly look like the other darker pieces. He sent a guy over who I felt was in a hurry. One tile in particular he stained too dark. He didn't give time for the tiles to dry before putting on the next coat, to see how dark it was going to be. He left some stain, if I wanted to change the other tiles. I have decided to leave the other ones alone, since I like the first darker version better, than what I have now on the three that were changed. It looked more beautiful, until I made those changes. I wished I had known that was going to happen. Otherwise, I would have left it alone. Once furniture is put in place, and plants are added it won't stand out as much. Also, luckily the tile that is way too dark isn't seen from looking out the windows from inside the home. The other two tiles aren't too noticeable from the windows either, and are at opposite ends of the patio.
