I booked a highlight because the week before I got a great haircut. I went in with silky healthy hair and came out a beached, fried, burnt scalp hair. I have to cut it all off now. No apologies and charged me 95.00 for their screw up. The manager and all the other hair stylists were shocked at my hair and tried to hide it. She took no responsibility for screwing up my hair and did not even call to see if I was okay. I went to several stylists at various salons and they could not believe my hair. They insisted me to go back and get my money back immediately.I understand mistakes in life but take responsibility for them. I do not recommend this place at all. Shop around and find people that have already been there. If I would of done this, I would of never got my hair done there.

Before Images, I've had my hair done by the same person for the last 10 years. I'm new to Texas so I needed a new hairstylist.

Caroline listened to me and gave me very similar highlights to what I had before. They look great and I'm very pleased.

Thank you Angie's List for helping me find a great hairstylist on my first try. We recently moved here from North Texas. I was a little nervous about finding a salon because it took me a long time to locate someone I loved back home. I called Images Hair Studio. My impression walking in the door is that it is a lovely, clean, and well maintained salon and the staff conduct themselves professionally. Aundrea, the friendly receptionist, welcomed me immediately and let my stylist know I was there. The moment Caroline begin her consultation, I realized I was in great hands. She was courteous, professional and her communication skills are excellent. I didn't feel rushed, but she didn't take forever. The end result was impressive. (I took a picture and she explained what my hair would and would not do while I was growing out another cut.) The highlight of my visit was when I mentioned the difficulty I was having finding products because I have a serious wheat allergy. She immediately switched to a wheat free/gluten free shampoo and used products that wouldn't cause me discomfort. What a blessing not to break out and not to have to go home and wash out a beautiful salon style. I was impressed enough with the Biomega line to purchase some trial sizes to try at home and I suspect I'm going to like them. It's important to add, I didn't feel pressured into purchasing products. The price point for services was in line with what I've been paying in the DFW metroplex. I've already booked my next appointment and am looking forward to seeing what she can do with my color. I would highly recommend Images Hair Studio and Caroline.

Shannon cut my hair and I was EXTREMELY happy with the results. I am new to the area and have been looking for a stylist and I have found one now. She did an excellent job!

I had short hair, I grew it long and didn't like it so I had it cut again. The stylist obviously had the proper training, not simply because there is a paper that says so, but when I talk to her about techniques, she's up to date on products and current trends.

The lady is very nice and was a real pleasure to work with. However, I told her that I wanted my hair dark blonde and my hair almost ended up black. Some places didn't get covered as much as others, so I had to do some work to cover it up. I wasn't very pleased with the color, even though she was very nice and pleasant. The price was lower than other places, but it seems like the other people put a little more attention into it. She was very pleasant to deal with.

I would recommend them.
