Heating and Air Conditioning Service
One of the 2 A/C units for our home died and the other was inefficient. Houston Air Comfort recommended replacing them both due to the age of the units. The next summer we started seeing water leaks under the larger unit, which has been a recurring problem and we've had to keep calling for a technician to look into it. This summer they indicated that it was probably insufficient air flow when they replaced a 3 ton unit with a 5 ton unit and didn't add any additional ductwork. We've paid to have an air return added, which they say will fix the problem, but their office will not return our call to schedule this work.
