I have used Horizon 3 times now and they have always done a good job. They were prompt in returning my phone call and showed up when they said they would. My outdoor kitchen bar sink stopped working (no water) plus it was old and I wanted to replace it. I bought a replacement at Lowes and Horizon installed it and fixed the water issue, identified a leak and fixed that as well and made sure the new sink was working properly. While they were there, they also fixed a leak in my pressure washer by replacing one of the O rings which they did not have to do but happily looked at it and fixed within a few minutes. They were at my house a total of one hour and charged $250.

I would definitely use them again!

They came and cleaned it all out within 45 minutes. They charged me quite a bit of money. I was happy with their work, but not the price. They did a great job.

They always get back to me quickly if I leave a message. They are very creative in the way they fix things and great in designing for our new home. Matthew is awesome to work with. They are all so polite and respectful and calm.

Noticed water dripping from inside garage ceiling. Called Horizon and they were out within 1 hour. They traced the leak back to my upstairs bathroom toilet and said that the inside base of the toilet was leaking. They removed toilet, replaced inside base, raised and re-sealed and replaced floater and flap inside tank. The leak stopped and they finished repairs within 90 minutes. Very professional and courteous. With me not having any idea what the problem could have been, a less scrupulous contractor could have charged me much more and said the problem was much more complex. I was very pleased with the overall workmanship and price.

Horizon is prompt, professional and reliable. I would not hesitate to use them again. They call you back and show up when they say they will. They require minimal supervision and get the job done right the first time.
