+ 13 moreI have used Henry on several rehabs for rental properties. He can get the job done at a price you can afford. This was a big job and it took a few weeks. He has a good eye for problems if you need an estimate and are not sure what can be be done. Would use him again. Make you life easier by clear writing out what is expected (any contractor).
Description of Work: Rehab a home: finish shower drain pan and tile surround. Install New carpet and Vinyl plank flooring, new counter top, water heater, and stove. remove old paneling and replace with sheetrock. Paint inside. replace locks, blinds, ceiling fans. Trim trees and haul two dumpers worth of trash off. Complete Rental rehab.
