The Computer was scanned for viruses and cleaned up, then new software (some purchased and other obtained from free sites) was loaded on the computer. Also upgraded operating system. Now computer with no pop-up scans seem to be working to inform me of any activity. He has also been very helpful over the phone several times when I have had issues.

Hicare Computer fixed my 3-in-1 printer. I was having problems with it leaving black lines on the paper when I faxed people or when I received faxes. They did a good job fixing it. They were able to get it done in a timely fashion. I felt the employees were very friendly. The only problem that I experienced was that they replaced my ink cartridge without asking me & they charged me for it. Other than that, I feel that they did a good job.
