Mr. Ermis said he could do the job and would come back to complete it in a few weeks. What he failed to mention is that this is NOT something he usually does. The final product was so bad that I demanded that he come back to redo it. His workers told me that he was rushing them to complete the job whenever I was out of earshot. Even though he came back and re-did the job, it still looks terrible. He did not account for the height of the edging material and the gravel and sand have spilled over into our driveway so that there is are empty spaces between the flagstone pieces. This is an embarrassment to us as our neighbors' flower beds are obviously professionally done while ours look like a DIY project gone wrong. We now have to pay a professional to fix Mr. Ermis' "work." After spending $630, this is certainly no small thing.

UPDATE: In September 2012, someone walked up our driveway, removed a stone from the flag stone border Mr. Ermis' men had installed, and threw it down a grate in front of our home. We live in a small, gated community where it is difficult to just walk in and vandalize property. No one else in the neighborhood reported any issues that day. So, it seems our property was targeted. Coincidentally, Mr. Ermis and his men were working in our community that very day. If I could rate any lower, I would.
