Hair Salons/Barbers
Their is a constant turnover of people as it is a chain. I like the fact they make notes of their customers in their computer systems. They take notes about how you like your hair cut. If you like it above the ears. I went in their one time and the girl who cut my hair was new. She was not very knowledgeable about how to use electric clippers. As a result, I got one of the worst haircuts I ever had. I don't have that much hair. I called the owner and his response to my complaint was terrific. He apologized and offered several free haircuts. He was very friendly and courteous. He passed additional instruction on to his staff there too. I have continued to go to them and enjoy going there. I was last there three weeks ago. I am a senior. The rate is 10 dollars for a haircut. They have good rates.
