I have contacted Grand Ilse 4 times in order to set-up an appointment for a consultation regarding a new pool installation. I left two voice messages, an email and used their and quot;Contact Usand quot; page on their website. I did not receive a response to any of them. Perhaps Grand Isle is so successful that they do not need new customers. If that's the case, kudos to them.

OK- now to our pool! It is so awesome! They did an unbelievable job- it really is nicer than we ever imagined. They took such care in all of the details from the original pool design all the way through the build. My husband and I are really picky, and I can say that everything turned out absolutely perfect. They followed through with everything as planned, and even added a few things (for free) as they went along just to make it nicer. They really cared about the smallest details all the way through.
We had a great experience, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a pool. We referred 2 of our friends this summer and they are happy as well.
