Very professional, punctual and courteous. Explained process, showed me the choices, put in a blank glass plate while the old window was removed. Completed work on time and it is gorgeous.

Freebird did the job amazingly. We were afraid that the glass panels are oddly shaped and when they were broken we would need to replace the whole front door. We are happy we found Freebird. It did take about 3 days for them to come, but when they did, in about 1/2 an hour they fixed both panels and they looked exactly like the originals (even including the fern pattern the glass had!). We were already bracing for $2,000 to replace the door, and Freebird just replaced the two glass panels for $170 and saved us a lot of money! We know this sounds a bit like a commercial for Freebird, but we were really satisfied and relieved.

I called on a Saturday and they let me know when someone would be available in my area. It wasn't immediate, but it also wasn't an emergency.  The person I spoke to was very helpful and was quick for email responses. I sent pictures of the cracked and broken window sections on the door by email so they could see what type of glass it was. They replaced the glass and I couldn't see a difference between the existing glass and the replaced glass. The door looks great.

The price of the repair was in line which what I expected.  The service was outstanding.  The repair technician arrived on time per our agreed schedule.  He made the repairs must faster than I estimated and and left the repair area and my home clean.  Overall I was very satisfied.

Wonderful company!  We called on a Monday and were informed that their technician is in our part of the woods (Pearland) on Fridays.  They set us up for an appointment and gave us a window in which they would arrive.  The day of, we received a call confirming that the repair man would be at our house toward the beginning of the time frame that they had given us.  The employee quickly and effectively removed the remnants of glass from the pain and replaced with a new pane.  He cleaned every bit of his mess.  He even cleaned the door inside and out.  The glass on our front door sparkles better than it ever did before!

They did a wonderful job! They service all around the country. They also replaced some scratched glass as well. It took about a month to complete, but everything looked great! The technician was very nice and professional. It was costly, but the work was great!

It looks like it was never broken. There were 2 large pieces of broken glass left to the side of my door outside . Also I used Angie's Concierge to collect quotes , and While I specified multiple broken pieces and attached a pict that had both pieces in it . Freebird quoted only 1 piece at $95 but that wasn't translated to me through the concierge. The service was provided and I was handed an invoice for $170 . I didn't pay it due to the discrepancy . After taking to Freebird about it, they agreed to the initial quote . My recommendation is to double check scope and quote directly with the vendor before having them come out to avoid my issue

In the process of getting my front doors refinished, technicians noted that I had significant problems with one of my leaded, beveled-glass inserts and suggested that I get it fixed to prevent further damage. Called Freebirds for an estimate and they showed up on time, were very professional, evaluated the situation and noted that they could not fix it on-site and needed to take it back to the shop to restore. They removed the glass carefully, cut a wood panel and installed to close the opening while the work was being done. Couple of weeks later they called and scheduled time to re-install the insert. They arrived promptly on time; and when I saw the quality of their work compared to my other inserts (which had some issues also) and them informing me of both the expensiveness/antiqueness of my inserts I decided to have the other 3 restored. They closed all the openings with wood panels, and took the inserts, then in approximately 2 weeks called to schedule another appointment to complete the job. Again, they arrived promptly and re-installed all inserts. The company and its technicians were courteous and professional throughout the whole process and their workmanship is excellent. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if the need arises.

The leaded glass in our front door was too damaged to fix on site.  They removed the panel and installed a temporary window.  Rebuilt the glass in brass and then installed in my door.  The workers were professional and did a great job.  We had some issues with my work schedule and they accomodated.  Great job!

Company was great all the way through the process. Called for an estimate and they showed up on time. Very knowledgeable about repairing the leaded glass insert. Took the insert for repair and estimated 2 weeks for repair and $695 for price. Two weeks later called and scheduled a time to come and re-install the insert. Showed up on time (actually a little early) and installed the repaired insert with the price being the $695 quoted. Installation and repair included new brackets to hold the insert in the door and additional welded support to make the insert stronger. Nice to work with professional, courteous service provider. We would definitely use again and refer to our friends! Great job all the way around!

It looks fabulous. They delivered it to the place where I had the door refinished, and installed it there, and that made it very easy. This ensured it would not scratch up the varnish. They did a very nice job. I would highly recommend them.

Loved that they knew exactly what I needed just by speaking to them over the phone and the quote was given at that time which seemed very reasonable. Once here the job was completed in a prompt manner and the glass matched perfectly.

I noticed the seal around the glass on the interior of my front door was starting to come off and I noticed some movement of the glass. Was referred and called. They were able to get me on the schedule the next day. Someone showed up on time and explained that the seal wasn't an issue because there was no reason for the seal to be there in the first place; there was no gap that needed to be sealed. I looked at and felt the area and there was indeed no gap and since it was on the interior, no need the replace or reseal. There was some give in the glass and so the gentleman put several nails into the glass frame at no charge.

The leaded glass portion was removed and plywood installed temporarily while the leaded glass section was at their shop being completely rebuilt. They did a beautiful job on the rebuild. I think they may have undersized it slightly because the technician had to use gasket material on the bottom so that the glass would completely cover the hole. The outside dimension could have been about a quarter inch larger for a better fit. However, if you had not watched the installation, you would never know it was slightly undersized because the end result looks great. I'd give them an A+ for the quality of the rebuild and a B+ for the measurement being slightly off.
