A+ 10 star rating. Flaherty’s is the most professional, courteous, & knowledgeable company we’ve ever used. We replaced 2200 sq.ft hardwood floors, using their expert, detailed, hardworking team of installers, who were neat, clean, & friendly. They never pushed us to make a decision and were responsive to our questions and concerns. We can’t imagine going anywhere else, and they weren’t the cheapest quote we got! We chose them because we TRUSTED them. INTEGRITY wins!

It was perfect. I walk into a room and notice if pictures are straight and everything lines up correctly. I had a pervious company redo tile work 3 times. Gary & his installation team installed our tile correctly the first time and were so nice. Tara did a great job of helping us pick the correct tile for our house.

On time. They came back with no issues on a few open things.

This was a great experience! The guys were professional, timely and just nice guys! I had had a bad experience and been told I couldn't have beautiful wooden flooring I wanted as my floor was wavy. Not only were they able to do it and make it look good but they did in a professional manner. They took the time to ensure it would work and leveled the floor properly. If I ever need any more remodeling they will be the first place I go too. My floor is Beautiful! It is in my great room, formal living room, entry and hallway. Thank you Flanherty's!

I was pleased with the job of installing even though they underestimated the square footage needed and I had to wait a few days to complete the job. Customer service is excellent and was in constant contact with me until the job was finished. I would recommend them to anyone contemplating buying new carpets.

The entire process was fantastic. I worked with Rachel in the store to select the perfect hardwood. The quote process was easy and the installation was smooth. Everyone I dealt with was timely and professional. On the day of the installation, they verified the wood selection before installing and were communicative of any issues that came up along the way. I would highly recommend them and would use again for any future projects.

Installation crews arrived on time and work efficiently to complete the jobs. Both crews were extremely pleasant to deal with and were respectful of our home and property. Jobs were completed quickly and quietly. The crews cleaned up when the jobs were completed. Except for the beautiful, perfectly installed new floors, we would never know they were here. I really don't know how a flooring company can make you feel at home in their store, but leave it up to Tara McGuffin at Flaherty's Flooring to do just that! From the moment we walked in to the Flaherty's store, we felt as though this was going to be a wonderful experience and it certainly was. Flaherty's went above and beyond on customer service, professionalism, and workmanship. You will never have to worry if your floors are being installed correctly if you use Flaherty's and that is worth every penny to me. And who knows if we would have chosen Flaherty's if it hadn't been for Tara's warmth and supreme customer service, so we give her a big thank you for making the experience so smooth and enjoyable!

From the minute I walked into the store, Tara made me feel welcome and assisted me in sorting through the different carpet samples. They had many samples to choose from which seemed daunting, but after a few minutes of asking what my needs were, she led me to the carpet that I needed and loved. The carpet was available within a few days and the were able to install it within one week of me ordering it. The installers were very on time, professional, courteous, and did a great job installing my carpet. Tara followed up with me after the installation was complete to make sure I was 100% happy with the product. I would definitely recommend them for your flooring needs.

We recently had our hardwood floors replaced by Flaherty's Flooring in The Woodlands. We also added carpet in a couple of rooms. We worked with Rachel Driver to select and purchase the flooring and had the products installed by Fermin, Phyllis and their team. Rachel was Amazing! She was so helpful and great to work with! She gave us a very fair price and remained very involved in the project until it was completed to our satisfaction. Fermin lead the installation and was onsite during all critical phases. The floors were laid beautifully and the crew left our house in the condition they found it. Excellent installation crew!! An A+ to Flaherty's Flooring.

From start to finish a great experience! It took us forever to decide on a color for our floors, but Tracy Ramirez and everyone else in the store were just wonderful and getting out of their way to help (even kept the store open on Friday night when my husband arrived late when we were picking samples out!). The samples are a good size and you can take them home and look at next to your furniture and lighting in your house, very important. The one we liked the most looked different in the promotional picture, when I pointed that out Tracy just said she would try to order us a whole box so we would have more info to go by. So we got to see a few square feet of the product in our house, which took all the guesswork out of the process!! The two employees who installed the new flooring (got hardwood out and Vinyl put in) were very friendly, quick and knowledgeable. All in all a great experience, we love the floor and get tons of compliments on it! If we ever have any other floors that need to be done we will definitely work with them again!

Arrived exactly when they said they would. Took three days and the installers were there on time every day.

All went great from beginning to end. Patrick gave us a the estimate, Earline helped up choose the right carpet. The installer even arrived early.

They are such a great business to work with. They really understand customer experience, and you can't say that about a lot of businesses. The attention to detail by the installer was above and beyond expectations. The sales staff was also very professional and easy to work with. An all around great experience!!

Follow up review upon installation

We sought and received three quotes for our floor replacement job. We chose Flaherty's even though they were the most expensive of the three quotes and we were proven right because they excelled in the three areas we deem most important in choosing a remodeling contractor: (1.) Installation, (2.) Customer Service and (3.) Product quality. Installation: their crews have been working with Flaherty's for many years and their professionalism was impressive. The crew was punctual and courteous and left the job site clean. Customer Service: The service provided throughout the project from selection of materials to estimate visit to installation and finally to follow-up conclusion was impressive. Earlene and Rebecca followed our job and answered all of our questions, made suggestions and offered advice when we were conflicted. Great job ladies! Product: We are thoroughly pleased with the quality of the wood, ceramic tile and carpeting we chose. You really can't predict how the choices you make in the show room will look in your home once installation is complete, but we are very pleased with everything. A special shout-out to Patrick Flaherty (owner), Earlene Steadham (interior design consultant) and Rebecca Young.

If you’re thinking about replacing flooring, or remodeling a bathroom or kitchen, I strongly recommend you consider and visit Flaherty’s flooring America. Our entire experience with Flaherty's Flooring America on our home update project exceeded our expectations. My wife and I decided to check Faherty's out since they had a location very close to our home. When we walked in to their showroom on Grant Road, I got the immediate impression that Flaherty's was a high-quality organization. And throughout our entire project, that proved to be true. We were met by Earlene Steadham, the Design Consultant who worked with my wife and me. Ms. Earlene is very pleasant and easy to work with. We spent what seemed to me like an interminable number of hours going through different rug, laminate and tile samples for our project and worked out a design for our bathroom update. We left with samples to view in our home and made our selections and got firm price estimates. The following week, the owner, Patrick Flaherty, met us at our house with other contractors to go over our remodel, measures and specifications. (By the way, Flaherty's also provides a list of recommended suppliers and contractors which we used for all the plumbing, painting, electrical and other work we had done.) This meeting also reinforced my sense that Flaherty's does very high quality work. I can also tell you that Mr. Flaherty is a man of high character and integrity. The entire project took three weeks to completion. We remodeled and repainted our master bathroom, repainted and carpeted our master bedroom, put laminate down in our living and dining room and study and carpeted our entire second floor. We had demolition, tiling, flooring and carpeting crews working on our house. Each crew member was very courteous, personable, and very careful to keep the dust and mess confined and to a minimum. And watching them work clearly showed me they were quite experienced and talented in their craft. All in all, We are very pleased with how our project turned out. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate Flaherty's a 12.
