Kirby is very efficient, very professional -- and was even great with my dog! He helped me think through how I wanted to do several things and made great suggestions. He arrived on time every time, worked quickly, cleaned up behind himself. There was a little slip-up when he mistakenly replaced the molding around my back door; even though he didn't charge me, the molding doesn't match the other 2 nearby doors. He made any adjustments to the work that I requested. I was initially taken back by the price for the work, but he came so highly recommended that I felt it was in my best interest to use him!
