Ivan from Efficiency Experts was courteous and professional during the initial visit arranged via AHS. He diagnosed the issue as low refrigerant and confirmed there were no leaks detected. Based on that, refrigerant was added, and I was told the system should work fine. Unfortunately, within few days the system failed again and AC was blowing hot air again. A second visit of Ivan revealed what the first missed: a leaking evaporator coil, requiring full replacement. That alone is a significant diagnostic miss. What followed was a quote for over $2,300 in "upgrades", many of which AHS later confirmed were not covered under the repair scope. This included things like float switches, drain pans, service maintenance, and other items that appeared to be more upsell than necessity. Contractor rejected to provide a quote only for leaking evaporator coil replacement claiming that all additional items are 'mandatory'. While the communication and punctuality were good, the initial misdiagnosis delayed proper repair, and the quote strategy eroded my trust. I'm now going through a cash-out with AHS and sourcing a more transparent contractor myself.

I bought a unit and had them install on Tuesday in my garage apartment. I woke up Wednesday the unit was not working contacted the person who sold the unit to me no response, contacted the installer no response, called the main number and they sent some one out today. Nice guy, but did not fix it. Called today after waiting 10 minutes on hold no time for a repair to happen. Called back still no answer. Now it is Friday still no call back. Additionally, I am finding other issues with the system. Like they were suppose to level the pad, please see photo. Horrible service. Stay away.

NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME & MONEY!! Had 3 service calls that started on June 26,2022 and as of today July 25,2022 our AC is STILL not working. Terrible technician, terrible customer service (Cindy), this company has no values or integrity, if you are looking for the run around and liars with NO ACCOUNTABILITY then well by all means call them. But if you want results and a honest company look somewhere else anywhere else!!

Rudy, the technician is a very nice young man who explained everything in detail and completed his work promptly. The ladies in the office were also very helpful and kind to us. Because of our experience we would definitely recommend Efficiency Experts to others.

I called Todd on a Saturday afternoon and he was here the next day, which was Memorial day Monday. He sat down and reviewed in detail what had been done in the past and what he could do to fix our home. We didn't need new soffits or more insulations. Out house need to be zooned to maximize the energy efficient unit we had added last summer. His guys showed up on time and



completed the work in one day. Very polite, clean and professional crew. We now have our old house up and running like a new one Thanks to Todd and his crew at Efficiency Experts. I will call and recommend to anyone looking for someone to fix A/C or heating issues. Right on company and upfront with what is needed. No surprise charges after worked completed.

Todd was extremely helpful in helping us decide what we needed and didn’t need. We had contacted



3 different A/C companies and his price was just in the middle. He explained that on the other quotes some items were not needed. We explained to him that our son had asthma and we wanted the air to be purified for his sake. He



offered us a media filter and explained the benefits of having one. Being from Southern California we didn’t have



A/C and knew nothing about Media filters, this very helpful in choosing them to do the job.



His guys showed up when he said they would and were also very professional and clean about the job they were doing for us. They laid down carpet mats and vacuumed everything up at the end, leaving the house as they found it.



Everyone was on time and pleasant. They started the job at 8:00 that morning and were finished by the time my husband came home.



They were very respectable about time and my family's time. I will for sure call them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a good A/C company
