David Powers Homes did an absolutely magnificent job of building my new home. I'm a very picky person and I flip out over the littlest detail, so I wanted some good workers who wouldn't get an attitude when I made a million suggestions. They were very professional and stayed polite. They showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. They stayed within the budget.

David Powers Homes had the prettiest home designs so we went with them. They built our home okay. We did feel that they did a good job on our tile. They were responsive to our requests of minor repairs or adjustments but I was disappointed with how long it took them to respond and get the repairs done. Our house is holding up well.

David Powers Homes did a good job. They really gave us a lot of personal attention. The construction of our home was done well. They gave us very good customer service throughout the whole process. During the first year after our home was completed, they came right out to make repairs. They were slower to come out after the first year, however they did do them.

Working with David Powers people, made things much easier throughout the building phase. It was a general pre design, which we were allowed to alter to our liking, as long as it wasn t too radical. The only main problem we had was, the bricks on the outside fireplace were severely crooked. It took a while, but the sub-contractor who did that, repaired it. Now it looks great.
