Steve responded to my phone call within 24 hours, came out the next day and gave me a proposal.He said it would take some time to get the replacement window because only one company now makes the themal, low-E, tempered safety glass window.
Two weeks later Steve brought the new window, and exact duplicate of the broken one, and installed it, cleaned up, in about an hour.
