Real Estate Service
Jim Mulholland is the owner of the company and was our agent. We found him through an on-line video he did discussing several neighborhoods we were considering. Jim is a consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable about all the areas he services. He was with us through every step of the process from the lot selection (we built a new Village home in Bridgeland) through closing. He and his wife Wendy even came by to help during the final inspection process. Because of Jim’s expertise and a truly caring personality, we chose him to help sell our old house. As expected he came through with flying colors and we sold it much sooner than anticipated. Jim has an excellent working relationship with the Cypress neighborhoods which pays off when you’re trying to find your perfect home. I can’t recommend Jim and Cy-Fair Real Estate enough.
