They were informative and answered all my questions.  I would use them again in the future.

I called him and he came out within two or three days. There was a weekend in there so the time was ver y reasonable. He showed up when he said he would and accomplished what he said he would do.

He came in sprayed the home I am renting and I haven't seen anymore spiders.  He is pleasant, punctual and dependable.

Previously i had him work on another house for roach infestation and carpenter bees on the outside of the house. He got rid of them and they haven't been seen since.

Called back right away and got me scheduled. Arrived on time was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Has a great eye.  I would certainly use him again. 

I think he is very good and just tells you like it is. He did exterminate for us a couple of years ago when we had terminates and I thought the price was reasonable. It was around $400 and the quality of the work was good and we did not have anymore problems.

They did a pretty good job.

The owner, John, is absolutely outstanding. He's on time, period. When I asked him to call me at my office so I could meet him over lunch, he has no problem doing that and fitting it into his schedule. When we realized we had 'something' in the attic, he came out the next day and spent over an hour crawling every inch of the garage, attic & exterior. He found exactly where, how and WHAT was attracting them (birdseed). He also saved us a LOT of potential water damage & money when in his inspection, noticed a hole in the roof, probably chewed by the rats! John is one of those few service providers that you can trust. If there's any sign of a bug before it's time for the next service call (happened once, after heavy rains), they come out & treat again, no costs. The products he uses are totally safe our our dog and child. They also call to remind you when the 3 month treatment is due, politely!

He comes out every six months. He is very reliable and dependable. His prices are very reasonable. He makes it so I do not have to see Andy of the huge roaches.
