It went very well they arrived on time, explained what they were going to do again. Then started working on the inside upstairs and outside on the AC. They were friendly, cleaned their mess and made us feel that we could call them with any questions and expect a quick respondense. Another reason we selected them was that they could act quicker than any of the other AC companies that we called. And we will use them again.

I went from window unit air conditioning to central and the difference is astounding. There are no warm spots in the house anymore the temperature is completely uniform. The workmen were courteous and hard working. The job took a total of a little less than a week, because they had to install all of the ducts in the house, which also increased cost. After they finished, they cleaned everything up.

IT TURNED OUT A SWITCH HAD BEEN FLIPPED OUTSIDE, SO IT WASN'T COOLING. INSTEAD OF WASTING THE VISIT, THEY CLEANED OUR VENTS. THEY HAD ALSO BEEN STORING AN OLD AIR CONDITIONER OF OURS (WHICH THEY FOUND OUT COULD BE REPAIRED FREE, VIA WARRANTY) BROUGHT IT BACK TO OUR HOUSE. AND INSTALLED IT IN A RENTERS' UNIT FREE OF CHARGE. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THEY DO CHARGE $40 FOR SERVICE CALL.

THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ON TIME. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THE OFFICE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS.
