Alex and his guys are great. All of them are courteous, quiet and very clean. No cigarette smoking or loud music around the house. They always leave with things in good, livable condition each day after they are finished. This is a huge deal to me, because we've had other people come and leave a huge mess that I have to clean up just in order to use my space. We first had them out nearly 3 years ago to a large plank tile in the entire downstairs, complete master bathroom renovation and updates to the kitchen. They have since been back to renovate my laundry room, fix drywall and do all sorts of other stuff around the house. They were recommended to me by a neighbor and I have since recommended them to about five of my friends who have been very happy with their work. I'll call them back every time.
