 + 5 moreI was looking for someone to do the work. Everyone I picked from Angie's List. Won't travel to my home for estimate. Stating they don't service my area(Southeast) near Gulfgate. I called this company and they came and did very,very professional job. James, the owner was on site at all time with a master carpenter and painter. I recommend this company fairly new, growing company. The owner is a perfectionist and oversee all jobs by being on site. Only buying all necessary material as we needed while the job was in progress. No overrun of materials and paint. Also, power washed my patio.
Description of Work: Renovation consist of relocating the front entry door and pre-framed an a new entry door location to face directly at street view. Install a new mail slot on exiting door. Painted window trim located at the front residence. Frame for new wall glass panel installation(Frame with custom built measuring 35 1/4 X 72 5/8, clear tempered glass panel 1/4 thick) Reconstruct exterior wall existing entry door location. Replace floor trim in the living room and kitchen area. Repair and prime damaged 2 French doors panel at the rear. Remove existing grime/mildew on French glass panels. Paint 6 French doors unit and French panels at side and rear of residence. All debris removed from the residence and carted away by ACS, Inc.
