Rob inspected the house my husband and I are purchasing. He was very forthcoming with information on the phone when I was looking for estimates for the job. On the job he was very professional and thorough and was easy to talk to about his findings. He found a couple of relatively serious repair issues in the house and was very willing to answer all our questions and discuss possible causes and repair options. He is also licensed to do termite inspections, so we were able to have both done at once and not worry about scheduling two separate inspections. We received his written report, with pictures included, the next day via email.
