The first service was ok. Everything under warranty, except the labor which was $250. A bit much for 30 minutes or less of work, but I couldn't buy the part for less than $500. My next service was crazy. Dehumidifier was under *their* warranty with the manufacturer (????) but I could not get this replacement sent directly to me. It would be free for replacement except labor which was $850. Tech quoted the replacement at $5000 w/o a warranty. For $1000 I could get a whole new dehumidifier, so that's what I did. Took me an hour to get everything in place, but it's running like a champ. Some techs are good folk and others are just trying to upcharge. I'm disappointed in how this last situation went and will actively avoid this company.

Their slogan, your comfort matters. it is a joke. -First, their logistic is terrible on scheduling. I called them on Thursday to get a schedule on Tuesday but no time frame and had me call them on Tuesday to know the time. -my AC is few months old and leaks condensate off evaporator coil box. they came out first time, did not fix it or find the problem but told me the evaporator was not installed/leveled right. this type of evaporator is tricky to install and told me it was fixed. I called to schedule the second time because it got worse. they found the problem but no parts. btw, the evaporator was discontinued by manufacture. - the manager first name starting with J (036) told me we suggest you to turn off AC and wait for parts. it could take days or weeks. if you continue to run your AC and cause additional damage, we will not cover. - they can just replace the whole evaporator coil with internal drip pan to get my life comfort. but he told me that is not how warranty work. they want me to turn off my ac and wait for parts. they can replace the whole evaporator coil if i pay them $3800. I checked to replace an evaporator coil could cost like $2000-3000. - they said they did not break the internal drip pan during installation or install defected products. the internal drip pan could be damaged by the other people while the house was built. they cant know if the internal drip pan is broken until someone called them. this is my whole true story. the owner may comment below like " saying sorry about your experience. call us to make it right". I talked to the manager, and he has no intention to make it right. just turn off your AC and wait for parts. and blamed on someone else that broke the internal pan.

THIS COMPANY INSTALLED A TOWER A/C UNIT VIOLATING STATE REGULATIONS (Nl103.2.1 (R403.2.1) Insulation (Prescriptive), 2) M1401.3 Sizing, 3) M1411.3.1 Auxiliary and secondary drain systems, and 4) M1601.2 Factory-made ducts), THE SERVICE EXTREMELY OVERPRICED AND STILL GOT AWAY WITH ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. THEY WRONGFULLY INSTALLED THE A/C IN THE ATTIC, AFTER YEARS DISPUTING THEY DID NOT CARE AT ALL, NO WILLING TO FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKES, AT THE END WE HAD TO PAY WITH OUR OWN MONEY THE REPLACEMENT OF THE A/C UNIT, AND THEY ARE FREE SCAMMING MORE PEOPLE WITH SO DEFECTIVE SERVICES.

We have worked with the company for months and have endured ceiling damage, poorly installed ductwork, (touching and crimped), a missed appointment and condensate issues with the unit installed in the attic. We did not select the company to provide the A/C system installation or warranty repair, our builder did.

They had to put the liquid in it, freon or cooling something in it; but they fixed it.

Our A/C went out on a late holiday weekend night. A hot muggy Houston evening does not lend well to breathing conditions. My wife and I tried many AC repairs companies in desperation only to be told that they could not send a repairman despite advertising 24 hour emergency service. Lucky for us we stumbled upon Air Innovations. Josh recognized our need and immediately dispatched a fellow Repairman who arrived and had our AC working appropriately. Jose was efficient, professional, courteous and is a master air conditioning diagnostician. He should be commended for such. I would highly recommend Air Innovations and it's personnel for service par excellence and a can-do spirit. If you have an AC problem, forget all the other services and call Air Innovations.

I pay them per year for a service contract.  The responsiveness is sometimes difficult to get a hold of their back office but when I did I was able to schedule that time.  He came out when he said he would and was prepared to indulge me and explained to me what he was up to. So that was nice.
