Not good long term. Every conversation I have with them they want to sell me a service contract. Just before one year warranty ran out they realized the Freon was low, it had to have been low since install as it seems to have held the full charge since. 16 month old condenser unit fan needs replacing and by the way labor before discount was going to be $341. And they have to order the part and I won’t have ac for a while longer. I’m getting the feeling all they want is my money for the service contract and a chance to come by 3 times a year to mess something else up.

We did have some challenges with the equipment that was first deployed, but they worked through the challenges and even replaced the repaired unit with another new one without my having to ask for that. Due to the hardware challenges the installer felt bad about how long it was taking, and rather than leaving me without downstairs A/C for the weekend, actually came out with a service tech on Sunday to correct the issue at no additional cost or charges, and was able to get the downstairs until working until they could continue work on Monday. I've always said it's not that everything goes right on an install or service work that generates 5 stars, but how challenges are dealt with in process. These guys went above and beyond, did fantastic work, were very communicative throughout the entire process so I knew exactly what was going on and why, and were very good at minimizing mess and cleaning up after themselves while working in the house. I would strongly recommend and would definitely use again.

They nearly blew my house up. They didn't connect the gas line correctly and then told me the smell that I was smelling was; when you put in a new unit there's always a smell that comes out of the new condenser; it'll just have a smell. I called them back out and asked them to look at it again. The guy came in, in a smarty pants way, and says that's not gas. I said, well tell me what it is since we slept in it all night. So he goes in the attic and calmly comes back down and tells me, well yeah it is gas. I said, do you think maybe we should react to this, since my daughter is sleeping in the room right below it. He said, well yeah just open the windows. He fixed it, but; I haven't had but a couple of units installed in my life. My take is that they are probably a good company, but the sales person should have come back and verified that the job was done. And they should have had somebody that was qualified to verify that everything was installed correctly, and not Jesus who is just somebody they pay are probably paying minimum wage to haul that stuff around and come out and do it. The two young men that came out to do the job where very nice, polite, and helpful, but I don't think they were skilled or trained well enough to realize the mistakes that they made.

They came out first & did an assessment due to coil leaking and determined the evaporate coil was in bad shape & that's why the a/c unit not working.They replaced the evaporate coil they did a good job and the unit works great. Paid $49.00 for the first assessment visit.

It was not cheap. I used them again only because something went wrong and they did the work. It is dependable if I will use them again because the contract is over and I am looking into another place.

Its a very small little company. We have a contract to come out and do an A/C check up. They do it 3 times a year. Its around $315 a year. He just checked. They give you a time and then they call ahead of time. Would I use them again? I would say yes.

The guy I talked to over the phone is excellent, every technician I have had. They have pretty decent employee retention. Everyone has been very professional. They call me to remind me when its time to service my air conditioner and heater.

The services were done exceptionally well. I was immediately contacted after purchasing the offer and an appointment was setup that worked with my schedule. Numerous courtesy calls were made informing me about the appointment. Technician Frank performed a thorough job on my AC unit and provided easy to follow recommendations on how to maintain the appliance. Well definitely use Air Depot in the future.
