Description of Work: They did a spring check on my AC unit. You pay for the fall check and it covers the spring check, too.

 + -1 moreService was exceptional. I had lost my reciept from the original repiar, so they had to find the records to obtain the warrented replacement parts. They are a small company so scheduling is sometimes not immediate, but the personalized service and doing it right the first time makes them a service I never mind calling.
Description of Work: Warranty replacement of defective air conditioning compressor. Air conditioning stopped and unit would not run. The compressor installed 9 months ago upgrading an old unit that failed, the air conditioning was brought up to new federal requirements. The 9 month old compressor failed. The compressor was replaced at no cost, both labor and material

 + -1 moreThey are very expensive. We had to wait for several days for them to come after we called and we had to bear the heat. It did not seem to make any difference that we had a service contract with them. They treated us like anybody else.
Description of Work: I used Air Specialists a month ago to repair the air conditioning system. We have a service contract with them. They come twice a year for servicing. They come once before the heating season and once before the cooling season. We called them once during the summer as something had gone wrong in the AC unit.

 + -1 moreAir and Heat Specialist did an excellent job on the installation. I feel that I got a good deal on my new heating and cooling system. They helped me find a model that was much quieter, safer, and more efficient. They were nice and professional. I was very satisfied. I even recommended them to my parents.
Description of Work: They completely removed the old heating and cooling units and installed new ones in my home.
