Service was exceptional. I had lost my reciept from the original repiar, so they had to find the records to obtain the warrented replacement parts. They are a small company so scheduling is sometimes not immediate, but the personalized service and doing it right the first time makes them a service I never mind calling.

They are very expensive. We had to wait for several days for them to come after we called and we had to bear the heat. It did not seem to make any difference that we had a service contract with them. They treated us like anybody else.

Air and Heat Specialist did an excellent job on the installation. I feel that I got a good deal on my new heating and cooling system. They helped me find a model that was much quieter, safer, and more efficient. They were nice and professional. I was very satisfied. I even recommended them to my parents.
