I want to put my conclusion up first, so you don't have to read everything below to get to it. Simply put, I interviewed 5 outfits to put in two tankless water heaters - Dave is the only one you should consider, hands down. Dave was not only extremely professional, but he also understood how upsetting it was to have to water heaters crack open destroying ceilings and walls in our home and leaving us only with cold water. Though I learned much through the internet, he listened carefully and then gave explanations that made sense in light of what I had learned. After all his patience, he then proposed a plan that made sure that I felt comfortable that I would have an endless supply of hot water at the elevated temperatures and flowrates that I wanted for our large house. This was unique. I called in 5 outfits - Dave was the only one that listened to my needs and made sure that they were met. Because he knew we were without hot water, he made sure that he and his crew put in a first heater within 24 hours of our accepting his bid and finished the full job off not three days later. The work was highly professional, looks great and works great. I didn't want to tell Dave this (but I'm sure he'll read the review), but he also was the most affordable and offered the highest rated tankless water heater. He offered me the model that I felt I couldn't afford - the Mercedes Benz (Ferrari?) at a price I couldn't just afford it, I couldn't say no to it. On top of it, he's highly personable and trustworthy. I doubt I'll need another tankless water heater, but if you're looking for one - this is the only outfit to consider.

David & Jennifer Lee are such wonderful folks & such a pleasure to work with! They are both so professional and honest! David has been to my house to install a tank-less water heater, help me out when I had a sudden leak, helped me with inspection reports while I was selling my home & I could go on and on, as to how awesome this company is and how sad I am to have met them and have to move out of state. David came out and gave me a quote, I got his and 3 more and decided to go with Affinity because of the professionalism and he offered a longer warranty as well. He did a great job installing it the next morning and I am impressed with his work and thoroughness! Great job and thank you Affinity!!!

The company Affinity was wonderful. This is the second time we have had the Navien tankless hot water heater repaired. The first time it caused massive damage to the bedroom below. I pleaded with Trendmaker to put the hot water heater on the ground floor. But they stood firm. So we had the tankless heater put in in an effort to avoid just the trouble we experienced. Affinity fixed the heater when it froze during the recent freeze. It is not Affinity's fault but the parts are expensive so the heater is much more expensive to maintain than an ordinary hot water tank that SHOULD be on the ground floor. So I give an A to Affinity for great service and an F to tankless Hot Water Heaters and to Trendmaker for being so stubborn about putting a water tank in the attic.
