A-Bald Overhead?

My garage door was making a very strange noise when I used it.  I called the A-Bald Overhead to diagnose the problem.  The owner was responsive to my call, setting an appointment to look at it the same day.  When he got hung up at another job, he asked another representative to come out in his place. Danny accommodated my schedule by calling my 30 minutes in advance of arriving to the appointment.  He diagnosed the problem very quickly: the coils needed replacement.  My garage door is wooden and very heavy.  He did not have the replacements in his truck, but he was able to obtain the replacements within the same day.  The repair was expensive, but the garage door worked perfectly afterwards.  Danny even performed some maintenance on the garage door at no extra cost.

I had a good experience with them. They didn?t over charge me. They were reasonable and on time. They were all bald. They are pretty quick on the response. I called another overhead door company and they didn?t get back to me till after their office time. A-Bald called me back the very next day and they were out here on the site the next day. They did everything fast. The following day I get a call from the other company. I would use their services again in the future.

Evertything went well. The price was reasonable, and he came within a few hours of my call. However, he would always blame a certain problem on the fact that he had left his glasses at home. I would recommend him, but advise that he bring his glasses.

Overall, I was satisfied with them. We got the job done and my garage doors have continued to work since then. Their price was little bit on the higher side; however, he was able to come on short notice. He was professional and did a good job.

I thought he was excessive in his rates. He didn't tell me that he couldn't program an opener before he came out.

The spring on my garage door busted over the weekend, and we wanted to get it fixed before the work week. We called Russell on Sunday afternoon, and he was at our house in an hour to make the repair. He also upgraded the spring to a more powerful, heavy-duty one, as the previous spring had busted 2 times in the last 7-8 years, and was undersized. Good quick service, very responsive.
