A+ Aquatic contacted me quickly after I submitted a request for service. They came out and made repairs to my pool filter and valve within a few days. They did a good job with the repairs and the price was very reasonable.

The price quoted over the phone for regular maintenance included all chemicals and cleaning services. After the first visit I was quoted a much higher price for a start up program. I was told the price would not exceed $200 (after they already started). As they did not complete the work on the first visit I had no choice but to move forward. To my suprise I received a bill last week for almost $400. Not only did they mislead me they were dishonest, Very unprofessional!! I can not imagine treating my clients this way. Pool looks great but they didn't clean the area around the filter so I had a big mess to clean up. I would not refer them!

"we're sorry anytime we have a customer dissatified. In this case she mislead us on the condition of her pool over the phone.We had to make several trips over to her pool to clean up what looked like a years worth of trash. The neighbors informed us that they were happy to see the pool being cleanned. They were going to report it to the health department. The price was fair for the work done."
