Description of Work: The technician (David) was very nice. He explained every step that he performed in tuning my piano. It was very much out of tune. So he did a pretune, which brought the piano into a tunable range. He let it sit for a couple of days so the strings could be comfortable with their new tensions. He snapped a string and replaced it at no additional charge. Gave the piano a couple more days to get use to it. Then came back for the final tuning. He did a wonderful job, and I tipped him an extra $30. My wife was so happy with her birthday present, I got my monies worth too. Now she plays it almost everyday.
