Texas Metro A/C and Heating

The guys were very honest with us about our system and promptly fixed it.

Took to trips to do job because of lack of equipment to complete job. Added Dryer.

Excellent Service!! Very reasonable price. Perfect work and went over and beyond what was expected. Returned calls very quickly. Offered pros and cons of the type of service he could install (new heating and AC system to augment our current system). Follow up on a small issue was taken care of right away - the same day we called! Highly recommend. Would definitely call him again

We have used Jose for several years for our worn out ole A/C and heating unit maitenance!!
We have needed to replace the unit and have been unable to yet, but twice a year Jose comes and services the unit and always gets it working!  I have used other A/C companies before Jose and paid a lot more money and it never worked properly.
He is honest, dependable and so professional, He is so knowledgable in looking for potential other causes of improper air flow and cooling, hot and cold spots in the house...etc. and knowing how to fix those most effectively.
He is going to be putting in a new unit in our home and correcting some duct work that was improperly done when the house was built.

What we like: we do NOT have to live with ducting that runs exposed below the ceiling like others told us to have it done. We have a custom home and we wanted to keep the look. Jose came up with an idea that was perfect and it works excellent. Most interesting: we were concerned that the heating and AC utilities for the addition would run us way above what we were paying on our original system because we now had TWO AC and 2 Heat systems running the entire house.Our utilities have only increased a very slight amount and we were shocked when we received our first few utility bills at how little an increase there was. We attribute this to the system that Jose suggested. (Yes, we also attribute it to our insulation person who was able to provide great insulation options as well). Jose and our insulation person worked together on this project and that was a real benefit.All I can say is that you won't be disappointed if you consider Texas Metro for your heat and AC needs.
