They overcharged us. After several attempts to address this they agreed to issue a refund for the difference. However a refund was never issued. 4 weeks later I again made several attempts to contact them but did not receive any response at all. In addition, the quality of cleaning was poor, I ended up going around the house to re do several areas.

I was working while they were cleaning, and was not able to followup on the "deep clean" I had ordered, they did not get the fan in the living room, or the window sills, nor baseboards. For that $100.00 I got my stove, refrigerator cleaned, and the bath, but overall they just skipped the living room, besides moping the floor.
There were 2 people, one in the kitchen and bathroom, they were gone in less than 3 hours. Not at all what the site says they offer for a deep clean. There was no laundry or dishes to do, so that was not it. No bedrooms, were ordered or ask for cleaning. I think there are better services out there.
I really could have saved some money with my regular cleaner, but I thought I could get a deep clean as advertised, but that did not happen. I would not recommend or order this service again.

"Our crew was at this home for 4 hours. The information given to us before the crew arrived was not accurate of the condition of the home. It took both maids 2.5 hours to top to bottom clean in just the kitchen. Our crew was also asked to do things that is not included in the cleaning. It was apparent that the home had not been kept up with or cleaned on a regular basis for quite some time. We provide cleaning services but are by no means miracle workers. In the 3 rooms the crew were asked to clean the fans were hand whipped, all items sitting on surfaces were removed whipped and furniture was polished, counters were sanitized, baseboards were hand wiped, organized, dusted and floors sanitized. The crew also reorganized the entire kitchen and pantry. Our crew went above and beyond what the normal duties in a deep clean. The customer was also very great flu to the crew and even provided them with a tip. This is the first that our office is hearing on this customer being unhappy, we do offer free re cleaning to customers that contact us and express anything not done to their standards."
