Been using this company for at least 10 yrs. They do a great job...professional and friendly. Never have insect problems. Will continue with them every three months :-)

The technician arrived on time and was very thorough.  He did recommend additional service but explained the need for these services and convinced me they were necessary.  Otherwise he cover both the inside and outside of the house and explained what he was doing and had done.  He showed me some of the vulnerable areas of insect migration into the house and described the methods they were using to stop this migration.  The price was a bit higher than what I had hoped it would be but I am satisfied overall with the service and I will be using them in the future.

I have been pleased with their services. It is typically $55 a visit and I had some extra work done the last time. I used to have lots of bugs in my house years ago. Since they have been coming out to my house, there are very few bugs. They recommend some quarterly treatments and it’s for the exact timing. I call them for the next visit when I see some bugs again. Their price is reasonable. They are the only ones I have ever used. So, I can’t compare them to anybody else. When it comes to their responsiveness, they are Johnny on the spot.

It is a small family owned business and I like that. They are very thorough. If I have any problem at all then I call them and they come right back out. They also make reminder calls so I know when they are coming out to spray. I did have a complaint at one time about someone they sent out to do the work - they took care of the issue right away for me.

THEY ARE GREAT. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR YEARS.

GOOD QUALITY OF WORK. WHEN WE HAVE FOUND ANY BUGS THEY HAVE COME BACK AND SPRAYED WITHOUT CHARGE.

THE GENTLEMAN WHO CAME TO SPRAY WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING CLEARLY.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES FOR REGULAR PEST CONTROL TREATMENTS. THEY COME OUT EVERY FEW MONTHS. OUR TECHNICIAN SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT (THOUGH HE WAS VERY TALKATIVE).

GARY HAS BEEN THE ONE THAT COMES EVERY TIME I USE RELIANT. HE IS FRIENDLY, ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL AND INFORMATIVE. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE INSECT - PEST WORLD AND HOW TO CONTROL THEM. RELIANT IS NOT PUSHY OR BOTHERSOME. IF I ASK THEM TO SKIP A TREATMENT THEY DON'T LECTURE JUST SAY OKAY, WHEN CAN WE CALL BACK? I TELL THEM WHEN AND I DON'T HEAR FROM THEM TILL THEN. GARY IS ALWAYS IN UNIFORM WHICH I LIKE. HE COMES IN, GETS THE JOB DONE AND LEAVES, BUT DURING THAT TIME IS FRIENDLY AND TALKING TO ME.
