 + -1 moreThey were great. Friendly and installed adapter while I waited. Charged me $60 for installation which I thought was a little steep. I provided the adapter and installation took no more that 15 minutes. But, it would've taken me a couple hours probably and I didn't have the proper tools to do it. Otherwise, no complaints. Would go back.
Description of Work: I had them install a adapter to my 2003 Camry so that I could play my phone thru the factory stereo.

 + -1 moreI called around to several car security places who all said they couldnt quote me installation rates over the phone. Now I understand that rates will vary depending on complexity of job and unforseen "issues" but a ball park estimate isn't unreasonable is it? Even more off-putting was that they sounded incovenienced at being asked questions about the business and installation process. NOT SO with Lone Star Auto Sound and Security. From the second they took my call they were attentive, professional, thoroughly answered all of my questions AND gave me an estimate over the phone!!!! THey insalled my car alarm in no time and showed me how to use the remote before I left. The final cost ended up being same as the estimate- no extra fees (woot woot!!). Integrity and customer service are as important as quality of work in my book. Highly recommended!
