We had some new flooring installed that had to be feathered in to existing floors, and then sanding and staining of both old and new floors. It was quite a process. Really happy with new flooring... existing floors had issues that made them more difficult and took more time. All in all satisfied with results, including "character" of old flooring!

I have a rent house that a pipe broke under the house and warped all the wooden floors. I had three bids. Finial Touch was not the cheapest bid but was the only bid where the owner of the company came out to bid the work. He also was there every day until the job was completely finished. This was a large, complicated job. Over 2500 square feet plus sub flooring, baseboards and shoe moulding. The work was performed without complications, on time and turned out amazingly beautiful. I would highly recommend Finial Touch for any flooring work.

Final Touch did a wonderful job with installing and providing a beautiful finish to my floors. They had done one room in the first job that we hired them for and then hired them for a second time to complete a living room and hall. Was very pleased with the care they took in matching the colors exactly.

Fantastic. Lloyd ripped out old moldy carpet. Repaired rotten wood. Sanded floor. Stained it. And sealed it. Better than new.

Perfect. Wouldn't even think about using anyone besides Lloyd. The best and easiest part of our remodel.

I hired Final Touch Wood Floors - Lloyd Pinnock - after reading reviews on Angie's List. We have 13 year-old engineered wood flooring throughout our home and we had been told by 3 other flooring companies that they were too thin to refinish. Lloyd came out and looked at the floors, took back a sample, sanded and stained it. He felt that it would not be a problem to refinish our floors. Lloyd and his crew always showed up on time, working efficiently and with little mess. Any issues that came up were handled immediately. They are super nice, friendly, honest...so easy to work with. My floors are BEAUTIFUL! We darkened them to a nice rich brown from a very ugly orangey-tan. I never thought I would love these floors, but I do now! Best of all, Lloyd did all of this for a third the cost of new flooring! I could not be happier. Give these guys a chance...you will not regret it!

We were extremely pleased with Lloyd Pennick's services. Our breakfast room, kitchen and small utility room had several layers of vinyl flooring on top of the oak floors. Beneath all of the vinyl was a black mess—the linoleum was probably originally installed in the 50's (yellow), followed by other layers (avocado color) in the 70's. The rest of the house had carpet when we bought the house 14 years ago, and we pulled it up. The floors were beautiful, but had lots of nail damage. Lloyd and his crew did an excellent job of plugging holes, followed by 4 coats of poly sealant. The worst damage in the house was in the kitchen and utility room, but again, they made it look great. We would highly recommend Final Touch Wood Floors. We chose them over 2 other vendors because their prices were fair, and because a nearby church/school highly recommended them. Our house is about 2300 sq. feet.

Amazing. Always. Just do not even bother with anyone else. He communicates well, tells you any things to watch for in advance, but the final job is always exceptional. He is specifically good at what he does, better than anyone else. I wish I could get him to lay floors, but then again, anyone can do that (ha, I've tried several places).

Fabulous experience. Lloyd was easy to work with and was very responsive to my concerns and needs. He worked with me to help ensure the floors were finished in a timely manner so that I could move in. The floors are beautiful. I couldn't be happier.

It was good. They provided an accurate fit. They were responsive to my calls and my schedule. They coordinated around painting in the home at the same time so between different coats of finish they were able to do some painting as well. Loyd was the main contact the whole time so I was always working directly with him. It seemed like he was always doing the work with some of the employees. He was very wonderful.

I would highly recommend Final Touch.  They were prompt, efficient and very nice.  The crew was so friendly and hard working.  I loved working with Austin and Raffie, they were always willing to go the extra mile with a smile on their face.

Lloyd and his crew were punctual and did a great job.  Lloyd took the time to answer all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns.  Lloyd stopped by a couple times after the floors were finished to do touch up and install new thresholds after the old ones just didn't look right.

I have used Lloyd and Final Touch Wood Floors for over ten years. He is very professional, honest, and trust worthy. On top of all of that, he is excellent at installing and refinishing wood floors. I have used his services in three homes over the past ten years and referred him to multiple friends and family members. I don't have a single complaint. Lloyd is also great at communication, customer service, and showing up on time. I couldn't ask for anything more.

or with the owner, Lloyd Pinnick. I chose Lloyd based mostly on his price, it

was not the lowest, but it was by far the lowest if you wanted Dustless

Sanding. Many places I called were charging $.50 to $.70/sqft extra for

Dustless Sanding. When I asked Lloyd about it, he said that was the only kind

of sanding he did. Even with sanding the entire house, there was very little

dust in the rest of the house. I was very impressed. Getting the Dustless

Sanding from Lloyd only cost about $100 more than the absolutely lowest bid

that I got, but that lowest bid was not for the Dustless Sanding. Not having to

clean up after the Non-dustless sanding was *well* worth that small extra cost.



Lloyd and his crew were scheduled to start three days after the closing for my

purchase of this home. Due to a glitch with the power company, I wasn't able to

finish all of the preparation work that I needed to do; pulling carpets, removing

tack strips, baseboards etc. (taking off the baseboards was my choice, Most

people don't have to remove baseboards but I was planning on replacing them all

anyway). I called Lloyd and told him that I wouldn't be ready and he told me

not to worry, that he would finish the prep work at no charge to me. That was

when I first knew I had made a good choice in hiring Lloyd. Lloyd also refinished

the floors in the closets at no extra charge. This may not seem like a big

deal, but I believe that this saved me almost $200.

Lloyd came to the house to look at the job and measure.  We discussed the situation of matching the old stain color and several other concerns.  He was professional and really seemed to know what he was doing.  After he submitted his proposal we set a date.  He started the job on time and finished before the scheduled time.  We left town while he completed the job and left him with a key to our home.  He didn't require money up front and even had to wait several days until we returned to town to be paid.  I love my floors.  He did a beautiful job and will be coming back in the near future to screen and poly my floors that were done 20 years ago.  He knows his floors! I would recommend himto anyone.
