Mark and Joan Cunningham were extremely professional. They really cared about doing a good job and performed the inspection as if it were their own house they were planning on buying. They gave us a thorough report and took the time to walk us through all potential problem areas along with their personal opinions and recommendations. My mom bought a house not long after us and we recommended them to her as well. They weren't the cheapest inspectors out there but they did a quality job and you get what you pay for!
