"The reason for the change in mower is due to the grass growing faster than we can get it cut. The customer was getting mowed on a weekly basis, but we also received an excess amount of rain too. We were using a 30 inch walk behind mower and with each pass the mower would bog down & die. Causing us to have to stop & restart the mower numerous times. We went to the customer & explained this to him. He said he understood & we explained to him that we were going to have a use a 36 inch mower to be able to cut his yard. He then said once again that he understood & that it was not a problem. Then we began to use this mower, he had no complaints from March through July. Then he came to me on his last cut which was 7/24/15 & proceeded to tell me that his son was going to take over the maintenance of his yard. Then he said my wife does not like the 36 inch mower, I said we can try the smaller (30 inch) mower again. So, that's what I did & we had the same situation with the mower bogging down. I then went to the customer again & explained the situation again. The customer then said do not worry about it, my son can handle it, we shook hands, he thanked me for my work, & then he advised me to send him a final invoice. We then mailed the customer an invoice & after 15 days past the due date we received a payment. The customer only made a partial payment & did not pay the total amount due. We then contacted the customer to advise him of this. The customer got very angry with me, he began threatening me, asking me what was I going to do about it, he was using all sorts of bad language, cussing me. That is when advised him that it was up to him to pay what he owed & if not his bill would be sent to collections. We bill once a month for all services rendered, we do not bill per mow,, there was more due than just that one mow. Obviously there is more to this story than the customer wanted to mention."
"This actually happened back in April. Cory & (removed member name) corresponded back & forth via E-Mails for several days. At the time he original time he contacted us, he was advised that we had a 5 week waiting list for any work to be completed. He stated that was fine & we were supposed to go by & give him a bid. Cory then contacted (removed member name) at the number he provided us, to let him know that he was not going to be able to make it on the day they originally decided on. (removed member name) did not answer Cory's phone call, so Cory left (removed member name) a message to try to reschedule & (removed member name) never called or e-mailed us again. Cory assumed that because (removed member name) never contacted us again, that he may have changed his mind. We're truly sorry for any hard feeling this person may have but, we did try to get in touch with him, but he never responded to us."

He was on-time for our first meeting, very knowledgable, and passionate about what he does. He walked my lawn and pointed out several areas of concern, told me about the winter rye that was dominating my lawn, and why, and recommend a first treatment to try to get my stressed burmuda grass back to fighting the rye grass form. I did tell him about the previous company and that I had to fire them, and he stated he felt confident that with some time, he can get my lawn in good shape. So far he has done 2 treatments, and even though the costs per treatment was higher, if I will eventually see a positive result, then the cost will be worth it. And since he is a small independant vs the big companies, I feel my lawn will get the individual service and attention it requires vs a one size fits all way of doing business. Time will tell how he does, but I feel I've made the right choice.
They also do Christmas lights that are custum made for your home in the color or colors you want. If you are a regular customer they let you add the fee into you monthly lawn maintenance fee (Jan-Oct) as to not have to pay that all at the biggest spending time of the year. We chose to pay it up front for our first year as the cost of the custom lights was included. This year we are breaking the fee into our January thru October monthly payments. If we want to change the color of the lights all we do is let them know and we pay for the bulbs only. When November comes the lights and wreaths go up and no check to write. They even offer to store your lights if needed for use next year. Again, just great people doing a great job!!

When he trimmed my shrubs, he removed all debris and they still look good after many months. I would recommend them to anyone as they have continued to exceed all expectations.

The crew came on the day he promised and they did an amazing job. My wife and I are more than pleased! They put in real effort and the outcome is clear.
I have agreed to do bi-weekly service and I am confident they will keep the lawn looking great.
