We also really appreciated this: Josh originally quoted us $425 to the do the work, through the GC we are using through our insurance company. I asked him how much to write the check for, even adding, "$425 like you originally said, right?" And he said, "No, just make it $400. It didn't take as long as I thought." The character and integrity it took to say that, when I was fully willing to pay the $425, was impressive. As I type this, I'm actually wishing I had just made it out for $425 anyway. :-)
If we ever have a plumbing need again, this will be the first place we call.
