AWESOME service, honesty, and professionalism! Tim exposed the lies another company had told me, and within minutes, he had diagnosed a simple repair. In just a couple of hours, my unit was perfectly fine, thanks to him. There is NO ONE else I will call for A/C or heating issues.

They came and did their job and cleaned up really well.  We have had no trouble with our new system.

They were very knowledgeable and very friendly. They are owner operated.

The repairman from American Home Heating and A/C seemed to just want to follow a standard list of typical fixes, instead of really investigating and getting to the bottom of the problem. He first charged the unit with 8 pounds (and that's a lot! 8 lbs at $30 a pound is $240) of R-22.

The extra R-22 didn't fix the problem. When we called him out again, the next thing on the repairman's "standard list" was to replace the fan motor -- a $400 repair. Only thing was -- the fan motor was working! The fan motor would keep running even with the compressor shutting off and failing to restart.

So we told American Home A/C, "No thanks" on the fan motor, and did what we should have done in the first place: called a neighbor and asked for a recommendation. The neighbor sent us to Flint Service Co, Fort Worth, 817-923-3442

Flint came out here with an actual, honest-to-gosh Lennox technician, who diagnosed the problem as a malfunctioning expansion valve. He ordered the part from Houston, came back out and installed it, and our ancient Lennox is keeping us cool again on these 105-degree days.

So in future we'll be calling Flint Service Company. The targeted approach to problem-solving is way better than the "run down the list until we stumble across the right thing" approach.

They did a great job. They were efficient and honest. They did a thorough assessment to make sure they installed the proper unit for our house. They called before they came out and were on time. They went above and beyond. They completely gutted and removed the old unit and disposed of it. They positioned and adjusted the new system for it to be more efficient. They cleaned up when they were done. He said he would follow up in the summer with us to make sure the system is running properly. I would highly recommend them to others.

We called Tim in the morning of a terrible cold spell. He was there by noon to fix it. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He was very friendly and honest. I would highly recommend this company.

JERRY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME AND REASONABLY PRICED. HE REMOVED OUR OLD SYSTEM, REPLACED WITH A NEW HIGH EFFICIENT MODEL. THEN HE CHECKED OUT EVERYTHING TO ENSURE WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY LEAKS AND THEN CLEANED UP THE MESS.
