Will Keith is always on time, friendly & helpful in his service. He arrived a few minutes early. Since I have used him before, he was familiar with my home and system. He immediately went right to work, diagnosed the issue and performed both needed and proactive services to get me through the long hot Texas summer. Service involved a few pounds of freeon added, cleaning a slow drop line & discussing the remaining life of my system, as well as future plans when this system is replaced eventually.

I spent about $2500 for their services. The heat pump works fine. I am hoping that it would reduce my electric bill this winter time. I thought that the price was quite reasonable. The guy who came out is a local guy here in the valley where I live.
