AFF DISCOUNT CLEANERS

I took a set of lined silk-type fabric panel drapes,112" long to be dry cleaned after the dog urinated in front of them causing the urine to wick onto the bottom 3-4 inches of the fabric. I took them in immediately after I discovered the accident. I picked up the drapery panels on 9/25/2013 and put them back up on 9/26/13. At that time I found the panels were almost 4 inches shorter than before. I immediately called AFF Discount Cleaners, but I got a busy signal for almost an hour. I then went to AFF Discount Cleaners. The person working at that time assured me the drapes were dry cleaned not laundered. When I asked for the manager I was told they had just stepped out. I left my name and phone number and asked that they get in touch with me. They did not return my call. I returned to AFF Discount Cleaners today at 2PM. Once again the managers were not there although the young woman working there told me the managers are usually at the business every weekday during business hours and on Saturdays until 1:00. Again I left my phone number. I am still waiting to hear from them.
