I contacted Eddie about a month ago. I told him that our new insurance company wanted several things upgraded before the final approval on the insurance. I explained that I was working against a deadline. He said that he was very busy just now, but would work me in. He did and did all of the repairs in plenty of time for the inspection to be completed before my deadline.
He was very personable, worked very hard and did an excellent job. I wanted him to do some other things, but they will have to wait for my budget to allow. He said he would come back, but is really busy for the next few months.
He does all of the work himself and actually showed me some other things that need to be done of which I was not aware. He did those just so the house would be sure to pass its inspection.
I would have again in a flash! Warning, the manager at the hardware store where I bought the needed supplies said that he remodeled her bathroom several months ago and she has been trying to get him back to do more things ever since. In other words, unless it's an emergency as mine was, you may have to wait in line!

He said he would be there Friday or Saturday and he never showed up. I have been unable to reach him since.

He does odd jobs around my house and is excellent. He is a very nice gentleman; polite and knowledgeable about what he is doing. It looks great; absolutely perfect and I will use him again in the future.
