Administration, Programming Services via of Remote Dial up Access or Technician assisted, T1 trouble verification or Troubleshoot of lines, Emergency Callout 24/7 for cable cuts and down phone systems if needed, DP can provide a temporary phone system to restore service We specialize in the following systems: Avaya Definity Avaya IP Office Avaya Partner ACS ShoreTel Merlin Magix/Legend Paging Systems Voicemails---Intuity, Partner and Magix We also install other brands of phone equipment that are pre-programmed or programmed remotely by others. Our technicians are certified in Avaya Partner ACS , IP Office, and Shoretel products, All of our technicians are approved by the Houston Area Safety Council and carry a TWIC card for access to the Ports.
