CLEAR SOLUTION POOLS

The cleaning was adequate. When repairs were requested the response time was dismally slow. It took multiple requests for repairs to be done. The only true repair was actually done with an incorrect material and had to be redone by another company. After Hurricane Ike my DE filter was supposed to have been cleaned but all I kept hearing was that it would be scheduled in a week or two. It never was and I have now scheduled this cleaning with Leslie's Pool Service. The last straw was yesterday when I checked my pool to see if my sweeper had been returned (it was taken a month ago after I requested it be taken to Leslie's for repair). Not only was the sweeper still not back, but the pool had not been vacuumed. When I called Mr. Pate to report this I was chastized for not emptying my skimmer baskets. Not only does his arrogance in chastizing me stun me, but the skimmer baskets have absolutely nothing to do with his employee failing to do his job properly. There was dirt and debris left all over the bottom of the pool, the sides had not been scrubbed down and overall the only thing accomplised was skimming the floating debris. Mr. Pate has, from the beginning, acted as if he was doing me a favor by cleaning my pool. He is in the service industry. He needs to realize the success of his business depends on the customers' satisfaction, and not what he believes the customer should do between the cleaning appointments. I will be finding another company to clean the pool.
