 + -1 moreKeith came out and checked the unit which wasn't cooling and added Freon. The unit has lost Freon and he said it may be fine for a if the leak is small. Unfortunately it wasn't and he had to come back and add more Freon about 10 days later. It has started running more and more and having small issues these past 2 years. I think it's time to replace it, the one in our previous home was about this age (14 years) when it started having problems. Once they started it was an ongoing thing - repairs 2 or 3 times a year and always when it was very hot outside. We are now getting quotes to replace the entire unit.
